A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Mint on my skin? Why?
A: Mint is well known for its ability to sooth the digestive tract and reduce the severity and length of stomach aches and slowing the growth of many of the most harmful bacteria and fungi. Q: Whats so special about glycerin soap? What IS glycerin?
A: A clear, syrupy liquid made by combining water and fat that is derived from vegetable oil, it is used in moisturizers due to its water binding capabilities that allow it to draw and absorb water from the air helping skin retain moisture. It also improves the spreading qualities of creams and liquids. Glycerin is a sweet-tasting, clear, thick liquid that is made from water and vegetable oil fat that can be dissolved into water or alcohol but not into oils. Glycerin is a humectant, drawing moisture to your skin, allowing it to remain hydrated and soft. It also enhances the spreadbility of lotions and creams. Other uses of Glycerin include preserving fruit, cake and candy making, to lubricate molds and in clear soap.
Q: What are the benefits of gylcerin soap?
A: Glycerin has long been used in topical remedies for yeast and fungal infections, including psoriasis and eczema. In our spa products, it improves spreadability of creams and body butters. Glycerin soaps do not overly 'suds up', but they do have a beautiful champagne quality foam.

Q: Tell me about essential oils!
A: Essential Oils are produced from aromatic plants organically cultivated following ECOCERT SAS F-32600 guidelines. Natural, chemical-free growing conditions achieve plants with the maximum biochemical and botanical characteristics necessary to produce essential oils that are 100% pure and of the highest quality, often higher than required for edible consumption.

Q: Can I pay with VISA, MC (Master Card), AMEX (American Express), or Diners Club credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept all of these credit cards. Pay Pal is our authorized merchant transaction partner.

Q: Do I have to have a Pay Pal account to purchase?
